These terms govern your use of the Dreamwell Studio website, client portal, and photography services. By booking a shoot, accessing a private gallery, or using this website, you agree to the terms below.

1. Services

Dreamwell Studio provides event, corporate, and editorial photography. Project scope, deliverables, usage rights, and fees are defined in the written proposal or contract signed for each engagement. Those project documents take precedence over anything on this site if there is a conflict.

2. Image rights

Dreamwell retains copyright in all photographs. Clients receive a usage license as defined in their agreement, typically unlimited internal, marketing, and press use. Resale of images to third parties is not permitted without written approval.

3. Client portal & galleries

Private galleries are intended for the booking client and their approved guests. Do not share gallery links, downloads, or event codes outside that group. We may revoke access if credentials are misused.

4. Payment & cancellation

Deposits, balances, and cancellation terms are defined in your project agreement. Booking dates are reserved once a deposit is received.

5. Website use

You may browse our public work for personal reference. You may not download, redistribute, or train AI models on images or copy from this website without written permission.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dreamwell's total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
