This notice explains what information Dreamwell Studio collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep this simple on purpose. If anything is unclear, email us.
1. What we collect
- Inquiry details: name, email, company, event details you send us.
- Client portal accounts: email, hashed password, gallery access events.
- Event photographs: images we capture under our engagement with you.
- Basic site analytics: aggregated page views, device type, referrer.
2. How we use it
To respond to inquiries, fulfill bookings, deliver galleries, send delivery notifications, and improve the site. We do not sell personal data.
3. Image use
Event photographs are delivered to the booking client per the project agreement. We may include selected images in our portfolio unless the contract restricts it. Guests who appear in event photos can request removal from public portfolios by contacting us.
4. Sharing
We share information only with vendors required to operate the studio, for example hosting, email, payment, and gallery delivery providers, under contractual confidentiality. We disclose information when required by law.
5. Retention & security
We keep client records and galleries for the duration of the engagement plus archival retention as agreed. Accounts, portals, and storage use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest.
6. Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, and unsubscribe from any non-transactional emails at any time.
